Ustadha Kanwal Khan
Ustadha Kanwal Khan is a dedicated ‘Alimah, mother of four (allhumma barik lahum), and experienced educator. Academically, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology and an M.A. in Islamic Studies, and she is a Darse Nizami graduate. She has pursued extensive Islamic education, including multiple diplomas in Tajweed, Hadith, and Fiqh, specializing particularly in women-related Fiqh. Ustadha Kanwal further honed her expertise by studying the commentary of the Qur’an from teachers of Dar ul Uloom Karachi and classical hadith books, such as Bukhari Shareef and Ādab ul Mufrid, from renowned scholars, receiving ijazah (authorization) to teach. With five years of experience, she has taught Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him), Tajweed, Qur’an, and Fiqh at various institutions, including Fatimah Academy and Zaynab Academy, and has been a key member of the core administration in Fatimah Academy since 2021.
Ustadha Memoona Rashid
Ustadha Memoona Rashid is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist and Psychometrician currently serving at Ayub Medical Complex in Abbottabad. Holding an MPhil degree in Psychology, she possesses extensive experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals across all age groups. Ustadha specializes in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and behavioral issues, and is highly skilled in administering and interpreting psychological tests for clinical evaluations and treatment planning. Her approach is defined by a commitment to empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality, ensuring tailored support within a respectful and inclusive therapeutic environment.
Ustadha Saima Nasir
Ustadha Saima Nasir is an accomplished ‘Alimah and educator with a strong background in both secular and Islamic studies. She holds a Graduate degree in Political Science from Punjab University. Her extensive Islamic education includes graduating from the Aalimiyyah program at Zaynab Academy Online in 2022, completing a four-year Diploma in Tajweed, and achieving distinction in advanced specializations. She completed Takhassus fil-Hadith, securing third position, and Takhssus fil Qiraa’t, and is currently pursuing Takhassus fil Maqamat (specialization in Qur’an recitation branches). Ustadha actively teaches at Zaynab Academy Online and five other institutes (both online and onsite) and regularly delivers talks on subjects like Seerah and instilling love for Allah and the Messenger (peace be upon him). Furthermore, she is the Founder of Dar-ul-Qarar Institute.
Ustadha Umm Hurayrah
Ustadha Umm Hurayrah, based in Germany, is an Attorney-at-Law and is currently pursuing her Master of Laws. She has extensive administrative experience at various madaris. She also co-founded Fatimah Academy. Ustadha’s approach to counseling is shaped by her own late journey to deen, fostering a strong belief that Allah swt’s deen is open to all, regardless of background or current state. She has been a devoted disciple of a Shaykh since 2011, receiving specialized training in tazkiyah (purification). Her compassionate and inclusive perspective makes her students feel at ease, encouraging open and healing conversations.
